PLUVIO PRO is a rain gauge that measures the height of liquid precipitation collected on the ground. When the spoon’s increment capacity is reached, it tilts abruptly, briefly closing the electrical circuit and spilling its contents outside. The spoon immediately returns to its filling position, and the operation is repeated when it is full again. Each tilt creates an impulse that quantifies the height of the water.
