PULSONIC offers a synoptic observation solution consisting of an automatic PULSIA SYNOP weather station equipped with a WIFI modem for local communication with the observer’s computer.

Thanks to this connection, the observer can consult meteorological data almost in real time, enabling him to validate or complete the WMO/ICAO message (e.g. BUFR SYNOP format).

At the same time, meteorological data are also transmitted via the cellular network (2G|3G|4G) and can be consulted by forecasters at the Agence Nationale de la Météorologie. These data are also archived in the climatological database. Forecasters can thus access meteorological information.

By being compatible with the GBON network, the PULSIA SYNOP station is able to provide accurate, high-quality meteorological data that can be integrated into the WMO’s global observation network. This means that weather observations collected by the PULSIA SYNOP station can be shared and used internationally by meteorologists, climatologists and other professionals working in the field of meteorology.
